Selling your home is a big life event! I believe in being proactive and there are several things you can do to make the process a little smoother.  Once your home is under contract the majority of buyers will hire a home inspector to perform an inspection. This inspection typically occurs 10-20 days after your contract is ratified.  During this time the inspector goes over all aspects of the home including electric, plumbing, roofing HVAC and numerous other areas. Are You Brave Enough to Explore the Haunted Asylum at Camp Frame?

The Haunted Asylum at Camp Frame is a haunted attraction located in Hedgesville West Virginia. The Asylum is an annual fundraising event for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Berkeley County and all proceeds from the event are donated. The event started in October 2012 and has helped to raise over $60,000 for a great cause! The haunt is over 7,000 square feet and includes an inside and outside portion. The Haunted Asylum at Camp Frame is open for its 6th season every Friday and Saturday in October. Fabulous Fall Front Porches

While I consider myself a summer girl, I do love when the fall season rolls around. Sweatshirts, Football, Pumpkin Spice and Mums! I don’t consider myself crafty, although my receipts from Hobby Lobby and Michaels might make you think otherwise. This year I am determined to create an inviting fall front porch without breaking the bank or getting in over my head with glue guns and corn stalks.  The following photos are a few of my favorite fall porch designs; they seem achievable! Let me know if you have a favorite, I will share a photo once my creation is finished!  I think pumpkins and mums will be the route I take.
